This is a 21 day program designed to help you increase your protein intake. You will be held accountable for tracking how much you eat and making some habit changes that will benefit you long term. Everyone will need to generally eat 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight. If you are under that number, gradually increase each week until you reach your recommended amount.
