This is a fitness program that will include three workouts each week (can be done at home or gym), nutrition information, challenges, and other wellness activities. This program is for 45 days! If you’d like to track your food, Lose It! Is an app that will track your calories and/or macros at no charge. Please post questions in the support group or you can send them directly to me.
