About the event
This is a fundraiser class for both Oasis (shelter for women in abusive relationships) and KMDfit. I highly believe in further my education when it comes to my field. So I would like to attend a two day seminar in Lexington next March. The proceeds will be split between both!
This is a class that helps tone your legs and derriere and helps with hip mobility. All fitness levels are welcome!
