About the event
Join me for a leg and glute workout for all fitness levels. We will do choreographed exercise routines set to the beat of the music, which will be focused on glutes and legs. Dress in your brightest workout gear and bring your resistance bands and yoga mats!
There will be bands available for purchase if you need them.
