Overhead Press-Wins & Fail

Overhead press. Trying to hit that 95lbs. I got 85 for 3 reps and tried 95 and was a big fail. Went back down to 90 and was able to get one rep up 👏🏽 Small progress is still progress. Coming for that 95 in the next few weeks. #kmdfit #overheadpresses #upperbodyexercise
